1. Acceptance of Terms

21+ Only. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any funds returned to the registered payment method after deducting administrative costs where applicable.
3. Account Registration & KYC

5. Bonuses & Promotions
paldo66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and hold an account in good standing.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
- paldo66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, use of third-party funds, or collusion to exploit promotional terms, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Free spins granted as part of promotions are credited in Philippine Peso value and are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules

9. Intellectual Property

11. Suspension & Termination
paldo66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

- paldo66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;

- A player is found to be under 21 years of age;

Upon account closure, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any necessary review and compliance checks.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting paldo66's customer support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
12. Governing Law & Disputes

13. Changes to Terms
